Quite adequite, although possibly excessive.
This is quite an interesting book. Its central basis surrounds the clit but also describes it as the central pleasure point to pretty much everything else. It provides all the information necessary along with many anatomical and entertaining hand-sketched pictures, describing all the various muscles and functions and spots of the entire female genetalia. On this, I could not complain or ask for anything more.
Indeed, the author has done her homework in writing this book, but I say excessive in the title because of how the material is presented along with the many accompanying details. Many a page are filled with backround information on the "Adventure of the Clitoris!"(no, they don't actually word it like that in the book). Strongly written in the female perspective, although it doesn't demean usefulness for the male readers, it gives the history of the clitorus all the way back to greek times as well as various stories and such. Although it does give the book some color, ideas...

I purchased this book because I was searching for information on orgasm. My opinion of this book is mixed. The first chapter is an excellent source of info on female anatomy. This chapter, in my opinion, is the only part with outstanding in-depth information of relevance. Chapter two is about the history of sex. The author goes back to Freud and elaborates on views of sex over the years. As another reviewer commented, this chapter contains quips about how women's sexauality has been repressed. Chapter three deals with female ejaculation (was not impressed with this part). Chapters four & five are about self exploration. The book is a quick read. The valable information in this book is contained in chapter one and also in the extensive list of resources in the back.

Yes, this is indeed a feminist book (although since a "feminist", by definition, is simply someone who believes that women are equal human beings too, I'm not quite sure why some people have a problem with that).
But to be honest, it's pretty hard to discover how ignorant most women are about this fairly crucial part of our bodies and NOT come to the conclusion that something's wrong with the way our society deals with women's sexuality. I thought I was well-informed, but I learnt important stuff about my body from this book that I'd never known before.
If substantial numbers of men grew up not knowing they had a penis ... or not knowing where it was ... or how it worked ... or thinking that it was "dirty" to touch it ... or feeling ashamed of needing their lover to touch it in order for them to come ... Love how this item makes you think and work. My wife loves the fact that you can pick one stick of truths and leave the dares for when we have lots of time on our hands.

The Truth questions are awesome and spark some interesting conversations. We use them while we are seperated by distance, answering one question a day until the can is empty and when we are together the dare sides add some spark and a nice change to our physical relationship. When played simply as truth or dare, it is a little hard because the dares are so time intensive. We find that one stick a night is perfect.

I'd suggest this to anyone who wants to spice up a dulling physical relationship. It would also make a great anniversary gift for a couple or a great gag gift!!

Only okay

It's a cute product. Some of the truth questions are somewhat insightful. However, the dares might be a little extreme in terms of if you carry some out, the game ends very very quickly. The dares should have been more enticing tastes instead of taking it all the way. Had I read a handful of them, I probably would not have bought it.

This book was very informative. I had just recently learned that I was sick from my implants and found a support group that recommended this book. I loved the stories told by her actual patients and could very much relate them to my own illness. If you have implants, or want implants, this book will OPEN your eyes to many things. Outstanding and timely

This book is written by THE authority on the subject and a must read for (IMHO) any woman with or considering breast implants. If I had known the truth years ago, I would have saved myself and family a great deal of heartache. I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Kolb when I became very ill. When I began reading the book, I couldn't stop until I was finished. And then I couldn't stop talking about it. Her writing is intriguing, comprehensive and motivating. I marvel at her depth as a scientist, a surgeon, and most importantly a compassionate voice and caring healer for the women that need her.

Saved My Life
I had heard mixed opinions about the safety of silicone breast implants and wasn't sure who I could believe. It seemed that all the sources that I had asked said that they were completely safe and had absolutely no correlation with auto-immune disease. However, after being sick for years with no known cause for my sudden decline in health, I began to take matters into my own hands and stop taking their word for it. I happened to stumble upon Dr Kolb's book on amazon. After reading her book in one sitting, I knew my answer. I read story after story of women's accounts that were nearly identical to mine. I knew then and there what I must do--have my implants removed asap!!
